Return & Replacement Policy – atozzen
At atozzen, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain transparency and operational efficiency, we have outlined our Return & Replacement Policy clearly below in accordance with international e-commerce standards.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer product replacement within 3 (three) days of delivery in the following cases:
Product is torn or damaged
Color does not match the product images
Wrong or defective product delivered
Size issues (too small or too large)
➡️ In these cases, we will replace the product with a new one.
2. Time Limit
Customers must report the issue within 3 (three) days of receiving the product
Any complaints after this period will not be accepted
3. No Cash Refund Policy
⚠️ atozzen does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
We provide replacement only
Cash refunds are strictly not available
4. Product Check at Delivery
We strongly encourage our customers to:
Check the product in front of the delivery personnel
If the product is not satisfactory for any reason, it may be returned immediately by paying the delivery charge
5. Issues After Receiving the Product
If a customer receives the product and later finds issues such as:
Size mismatch
Torn or damaged product
Color or quality issues
➡️ The customer must inform us within 3 days, and we will arrange a replacement.
6. Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
Complaints made after 3 days
Used or washed products
Products without original tags
Damage caused by customer misuse
7. Final Decision
All return and replacement requests are subject to verification
